Anthony Dipolito

For the past 9 years Anthony Dippolito has been Battleground Country Club’s Chef D’ Cuisine. Anthony was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  He completed an externship at the Fromogieri in Rumson, NJ and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1997. Afterwards Chef Dippolito, owned and operated a restaurant and catering business, and has worked as a chef at the Marriot. He now lives in Toms River, NJ with his family and enjoys music, golf, and fishing.
